Delete your data
Every way to remove what Starforge Marketing holds about you.
Starforge Marketing runs on its owner’s own servers. Whichever way you ask, the request reaches those servers and is carried out there, and you get a confirmation code.
If you connected an account
In Starforge Marketing, open the brand, choose Accounts, and press Disconnect. The access is destroyed at once, and everything collected through that account is deleted within 7 days.
You can also remove access from the network itself:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Starforge. Meta tells us, and we delete what came through it.
- YouTube and Google: your Google security settings. We check for this and delete within 7 days of noticing, and never later than 30 days.
- TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Discord: remove Starforge from the connected apps list in that network’s settings.
If you only commented or sent a message
Comments and messages sent to an account that uses Starforge Marketing are kept for 30 to 90 days so the owner can reply, then reduced to a label with no name attached. To have yours removed sooner, write to [email protected] with the account you wrote to and your username on that network. We pass the request to that account’s fleet and confirm when it is done, within one month at the latest.
Checking a request
Each request gets a confirmation code and a status page. If you have a code, the link you were given shows whether the deletion has finished.
