Tell your website what you want.
Watch it happen.
You already own your website. We connect it to your computer so you can change it by describing what you want, in the same words you would use to ask a person.
No code. No dashboard to learn. No waiting for somebody to call you back.
- Nothing moves
- Nothing gets rebuilt
- Nothing goes live until you say so

Starforge
Listening
A demonstration. Someone types “Change our Friday closing time to 6pm.”, Starforge finds the right page and prepares the change, shows what is different, and waits for them to approve it before anything is published.
A five-minute change should not take five days.
The hours are wrong on the holiday weekend. The photo is of somebody who left. The price on the site is not the price you charge any more.
You know exactly what needs changing. It would take you thirty seconds to explain it to a person. Instead you go looking for the login you wrote down somewhere, or you email the developer who built it, and then you wait, and then you get an invoice for eleven minutes of work.
Your website belongs to your business. It rarely feels like it belongs to you.
Sit down and say what you need.
- “Change our hours for Labor Day.”
- “Put the new team photo on the about page.”
- “We stopped doing gutter cleaning. Take it off the services list.”
- “Somebody said the contact form is broken. Have a look.”
- “Add a page for the new location and put it in the menu.”
You say what you want in ordinary words. You watch it take shape on your own screen. You look at it, change your mind if you want to, and publish it when you are happy.
That is the whole thing.
Four steps, and we do the first three with you.
01
We find out what you actually have
Most people are not sure. We look at your website, where it is hosted, your domain, your business email, your backups, and what you pay every month for all of it. Then we tell you in plain words what you have, what is at risk, and what you are paying for twice. You do not need to look anything up first.
02
We connect it and make it safe
We set your computer up, connect it to the website you already own, and put the guardrails in place: who can change what, what gets backed up, and the approval step that stops anything reaching your live site by accident. Your website stays exactly where it is.
03
We do the first change together
Sitting with you, you make a real change to your real website. Not a demo. Something you actually needed doing anyway.
04
Then you do it whenever you like
Tuesday morning. Sunday night. The moment a price changes. You stop scheduling your business around somebody else’s availability.
A Claude account. About $20 a month.
Claude is the part that understands what you are asking for. It comes from a company called Anthropic, you pay them directly, and it is about twenty dollars a month at the time of writing.
We set it up with you during your session. You do not need to know what it is or how it works before you start, and you are not paying us for it.
We would rather you knew that now than found out at the end.
Something is about to be given the keys to your live website.
That should worry you. It is the reason most of this job is not the clever part, it is the connection, and building that properly is what you are actually paying us for.
We build it. You do not configure anything.
This is the part people expect to go wrong, so it is not left to you. We set up the connection, the permissions and the safeguards during your session, and we test them in front of you before we call it done.
It reaches what you point it at. Nothing else.
The connection is scoped to the websites, servers and mailboxes you name. It cannot wander into your bank, your accounting software or a client you did not include, because it was never given a route to them.
It runs on your machine, in your name.
The workspace lives on your computer and the accounts stay yours. We are not a middleman holding your keys and charging you for the privilege of reaching your own website.
Nothing goes live without you.
Every change waits for a person. You see exactly what is different, and it stays unpublished until you say so. That is not a setting somebody can quietly switch off.
Every change leaves a trail.
What changed, when, and who approved it. If a page is not what you remember, you can find out why rather than guess.
You can close it, and we show you how.
On the day we set it up we also show you how to shut it off. A connection you cannot end is not a connection you control, and we would rather you knew where that switch is before you need it.
You are not being handed a tool and wished luck. We build the connection, we prove it works, and you can end it in a minute.
It does not have to stop at one website.
Most people start with one, because that is the sensible way to find out whether you like it. Nothing about the setup assumes you will stay there.
More than one website
The shop and the brochure site. The main site and the one for the second location. A staging copy to try things on before they go anywhere near customers.
More than one server
They do not have to live together, or with the same company. Some businesses end up spread across three hosts for reasons that made sense at the time. That is fine, and it stays fine.
More than one mailbox
Mail on your own domains, across as many addresses as the business needs, without a separate email platform for every brand you run.
More than one business
If you run several, each one keeps its own websites, mail and backups in its own place, so nothing gets tangled and handing one over later is not a project.
And none of it adds another Starforge charge. The second website costs what the first one did, which is nothing extra.
No moving. No rebuilding. No starting over.
This is not another website builder asking you to pour your business into it. We work with the website, hosting, domain, email and accounts you already have. If they are spread across four companies, that is fine.
- Keep your website
- Keep your hosting company
- Keep your domain
- Keep your business email
- Keep your server
- Keep owning all of it
The parts you never think about, until the day you have to.
The thing you have been meaning to fix for three weeks
Words, pictures, pages, prices, opening hours, a new service, a notice at the top of the page. The small stuff that never quite justifies a phone call, and so never gets done.
Now it takes about as long as saying it.
The morning you find out something is gone
Someone deletes the wrong page. An update breaks the contact form. You do not find out at nine on a Tuesday with a plan. You find out because a customer tells you.
We keep copies, and we check that they actually work. Most backups are never tested until the day they are needed, which is the worst possible day to learn that they do not.
The week your website starts warning people away
Certificates expire. When one does, browsers put a warning in front of your site telling people it is not safe, and most owners hear about it from a customer.
We watch the dates, so that never becomes your morning.
The password nobody can find
Access to your own website tends to scatter: an old developer, someone who left, a login in a text file somewhere.
We sort out who can reach what, and put you at the top of that list. Anything that would change your live site comes to you first, every time.
The email still going to someone who left
Business email drifts. Addresses stay pointed at people who moved on, or at an inbox nobody has opened in a year.
We bring your email into the same picture as your website, without making you change providers.
The Sunday night when something looks wrong
You do not need a ticket system. You need somebody who already knows how your setup works.
That is who answers.
You are probably paying for something you stopped using.
Hosting, email, backups, security, maintenance, plugins, support. They arrive one at a time, they all renew quietly, and after a few years nobody can say what half of them are for.
- What you are paying for right now
- What each one actually does
- What is missing that should not be
- What you are paying for twice
- What can go
- Where the monthly cost can come down
We are not trying to move you. We are trying to make what you already have work properly, and find you some money back if it is there.
Savings depend on what you already have. We explain anything we recommend before you decide.
Some things still need a person.
A full redesign is a project, not a sentence you type. So is anything that has to talk to your booking system or your till.
You will know which is which before any of it costs you anything, because we tell you before we start rather than after.
Everything else, the changes you actually make week to week, is yours.
If you leave, your business does not stay behind.
Your website, your domain, your server, your accounts, your content. Yours throughout, and yours afterwards.
No builder that deletes your site when you stop paying. No long contract. No argument about who owns what.
Add a client. Not another bill.
Every client website, server, backup and certificate in one system, at a flat price instead of another charge per site.
Fleet for agencies Custom softwareWhen the missing piece has to be built.
Sometimes the problem is not the website. It is the work happening around it that nobody has automated yet.
Talk about a projectStop waiting to change your own website.
Keep everything you have. We will connect it, protect it, and show you how to run it yourself.
No obligation, and nothing to prepare.
