Do I have to move or rebuild my website?

No. Your website stays exactly where it is, with the company you already pay. We connect to it. If we think you would be better off somewhere else, we say so and leave the decision to you.

Do I need to understand code?

No. You say what you want in ordinary words, the same way you would explain it to a person. You see what it prepared before anything is published.

What if I describe it badly?

Then it shows you something that is not what you meant, and you say so, and it tries again. Nothing is published while that is happening and nobody is billing you by the hour for it.

How long does setup take?

One session. We do the assessment first, then the setup, then your first real change together. Most people have changed something on their live website by the end of it.

What do I actually pay?

Two hundred and fifty dollars once for setup, then thirty-nine dollars a month after your first two months free. Separately, a Claude account at about twenty dollars a month, which you pay to Anthropic rather than to us.

What is the Claude account for?

Claude is the part that understands what you are asking for. We set it up with you, but the subscription is yours and the money goes to Anthropic. We tell you this before you buy anything, not after.

Why do I need Starforge if I already have Claude?

Claude can write and change things. Fleet is what makes that safe to point at a live business website: the secure connection, the backups, the approval step, the record of what changed, and a person to ask when it goes sideways.

Will I be charged for every website?

No. Add a second or a fifth website without another Starforge charge. What your hosting company charges you is between you and them and may change as you grow.

Can you guarantee I will save money?

No, and be careful of anyone who does before looking at what you have. We find real overlaps and forgotten subscriptions often, but we will not put a number on it until we have seen the picture.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month, and your founding price stays as long as your account does.

What can I actually change myself?

Words, images, prices, opening hours, services, new pages, where things sit in the menu, notices and promotions, forms and buttons. The things that come up week to week.

A full redesign. Anything that has to talk to your booking system, your till or your stock. Those are projects, and we price them before we start rather than after.

Can it change my live website without asking?

No. You see what it prepared, and it waits. Nothing reaches the site people visit until you say yes. Not the first time, every time.

That is what the approval step and the backups are for. You would have to approve a change to publish it, and if something is wrong afterwards there is a checked copy to go back to.

Your business stays yours. Your website keeps running where it already runs, because we were never hosting it. Nothing disappears, because nothing of yours was ever inside a builder we control.

Does this replace my hosting company?

No. We work with the hosting you have. If the assessment turns up something cheaper or better we explain it, and you decide.

We review what you have during setup and configure what is appropriate. The part that matters is that they are checked, because a backup nobody has ever restored is a rumour.
