How it works

From “I need this changed” to “it is already done.”

We turn the website you already own into something you can change yourself, without asking you to understand what is underneath it.

Step 01

We find out what you actually have

Most people are not sure, and that is normal.

We look at your website, where it is hosted, your domain, your business email, your backups, your security, and what leaves your bank account every month for all of it.

Then we tell you in plain words what you have, what is at risk, what is missing, and what you are paying for twice.

You do not need to find logins or look anything up first. Working that out is the job.

Step 02

We connect it and make it safe

You do not set anything up on your own.

We prepare the workspace on your computer, connect it to the website you already own, and put the guardrails in place: who can change what, what gets backed up, and the approval step that stops anything reaching your live site by accident.

The connection reaches only the websites, servers and mailboxes you name, and it runs on your machine in your name. Connect one now and more later, on as many hosting companies as you happen to use.

Your website stays where it is. Your hosting company does not change. Your domain and your email stay yours.

This is the part people expect to be painful. It takes one session, and you can close the connection again in a minute.

Step 03

We do the first change together

Sitting with you, on your real website.

Not a demo site and not a practice run. You pick something you actually needed doing, you say it in your own words, and we walk through what comes back.

By the end of the session you have made a real change to your live website yourself.

People usually stop needing us about twenty minutes in. That is the point.

Step 04

Then you do it whenever you like

Tuesday morning. Sunday night. The moment a price changes.

You stop scheduling your business around somebody else’s availability, and you stop deciding whether a change is worth the phone call.

When something is bigger than a change, we are still here.

No ticket. No queue. No invoice for eleven minutes of work.

What a change looks like

You say it. You see it. You decide.

Nothing reaches your live website until you have looked at it and said yes. Not the first time. Every time.

If it is not what you meant, you say so and it tries again. Nobody is billing you by the hour while that happens.

Listening

Nothing goes live until you say so

A demonstration. Someone types “Change our Friday closing time to 6pm.”, Starforge finds the right page and prepares the change, shows what is different, and waits for them to approve it before anything is published.

What you can change

The things that actually come up.

  • Words anywhere on the site
  • Photos and images
  • Opening hours and contact details
  • Prices and packages
  • Services you added or stopped offering
  • New pages, and where they sit in the menu
  • Notices, promotions and announcements
  • Forms and the buttons people click

A full redesign is a project, not a sentence you type. So is anything that has to talk to your booking system or your till. We tell you which is which before it costs you anything.

You already know how to explain what you want.

That is the only part you have to learn.
