Orion Starforge is built on the belief that you should own your information. We do not sell data and we do not mine it for advertising.
What you send us through this website
If you send us your name, email address, company or a message, we use that to reply to you, to send updates you asked for, and to improve how we serve people. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
What Fleet holds on your behalf
If you become a customer, Fleet stores what it needs to manage your infrastructure: the servers you have connected and how to reach them, the businesses you have created, your domains, mailbox configuration and backup records.
Connection credentials and provider tokens are encrypted at rest with a key belonging to your own fleet. Your fleet runs on its own server with its own database, so your configuration is not held alongside another customer’s.
Support access
Support can only enter your fleet when you allow it, and that access is recorded in your own activity log with who came in, when, and why. You can read that log and we cannot edit it.
Your servers and your accounts
The servers themselves belong to you, on accounts you hold with providers you chose. Your domains stay at your own registrar. If you leave, you can export your configuration and remove the software Fleet installed, and what you own remains yours.
This website
We may use ordinary website measurement to understand how the site is being used. We do not sell your personal information.
