Service Terms
Starforge manages infrastructure you own. These are the terms that follow from that.
Fleet is a managed service, not licensed desktop software. There are no device activations, no licence keys and no plan tiers, because nothing about what you may run is enforced by a limit we set.
What Starforge provides
Access to Fleet, which organizes and operates the infrastructure you connect to it: your businesses, sites, domains, mailboxes, backups and deployments, along with Orion and monitoring.
What you provide
The servers, bought on your own account from providers you choose, and your domains, held at your own registrar. You pay those providers directly. We do not resell them and we do not mark them up.
Ownership
Your servers, domains, accounts and data remain yours throughout. Starforge manages the infrastructure without taking ownership of it.
Access
Support can enter your fleet only when you allow it, and that access is recorded in your own activity log. Authorized tools and agents receive access scoped to the work they are permitted to do.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you run and for its lawfulness. We may suspend service for activity that is illegal, or that endangers other customers or the providers involved.
Ending it
You can leave at any time. Your configuration exports to a file you keep, and the software Fleet installed on your machines can be removed. The servers were never ours, so nothing you own leaves with us.
These terms
This page summarises the arrangement. The binding agreement is the one entered into with a customer directly, and it governs where the two differ. Write to [email protected] for a copy.
